Launch of AChiPPP Email Discussion Forum

Following the AChiPPP launch conference on 16th October 2006 the membership identified a particular need to develop fast and confidential communication between members.

Therefore the AChiPPP email discussion list has been devised to act as a communication resource for all AChiPPP members. This will enable members to provide advice and support to each other about issues pertaining to child psychology private practice and also to help develop the future direction of AChiPPP.

When an email is sent to achippp@jiscmail.ac.uk from an AChiPPP member it is automatically distributed to all other members of AChiPPP as are any replies to that email. Therefore everyone has the opportunity to contribute to ongoing discussions or just to observe developments within the field of child psychology private practice.

Emails are archived on a web page http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/achippp.html and so members can use the search facility to find previous comments on topics of interest.

Non-members can not view the archives. The web page also allows access to an online discussion room. Members can also leave the discussion list whilst still remaining a member of AChiPPP.
